Branding in Sheffield. Look like you mean it.

You've built a good business. Does it look like one?

You know what makes your business worth choosing. But if your logo, website and sales material all tell a slightly different story, you’re making people work it out for themselves. We help bring it together, so the first impression gives the right impression.

"Make the logo bigger" only get's you so far.

A logo has a job to do. So do the colours, type and everything around it. When those decisions work together, your business becomes easier to recognise. When they don’t, you end up with a folder full of files and a different look every Tuesday.

There wasn’t a doubt in my mind that Lauren was the one for this project. Her design style is exactly what I was looking for, and she completely nailed the brief.

A few things you might be wondering.

Do we need a new brand or just a refresh?

K
You might have an identity people already recognise that needs some attention. Or your business may have moved on while its appearance stayed behind. We’ll look at what’s worth keeping before deciding how much needs to change.

Can you just design a logo?

K
We can discuss a focused logo project. Even then, we need to understand the business and where the logo will be used. A smaller brief still deserves some thought.

What’s included in a branding project?

K
We agree that around what you need. It could include your logo, colour palette, typography, supporting graphics and brand guidelines, alongside specific items such as stationery or signage designs. You’ll know what’s in scope before work starts.

What if we already know what we want?

K
Good. Show us what you have in mind and tell us why it appeals. We’ll use that as a starting point, ask questions and give you an honest view. You’re bringing us in for our judgement as well as our design skills.

Will we get a say in the design?

K
Of course. You know your business, and your feedback matters. We’ll explain the thinking behind the work and agree review stages upfront, so you’re involved throughout.

How long does branding take?

K
That depends on the scope, the applications involved and the feedback process. We’ll agree a realistic schedule at the start. Having the right people involved in decisions helps keep things moving.

What do I actually get at the end of it?

K
A full set of brand guidelines, logo files in every format you'll need, and a visual system you can apply consistently, not just a folder of random assets.

How much does it cost?

K
A focused refresh and a complete identity are different jobs. We’ll talk through what you need, define the deliverables and price the work accordingly. Nobody benefits from a vague brief and a surprisingly specific invoice.

Can you apply the branding to our website too?

K
Yes. Lauren handles brand and graphic design, and Dan handles websites. They work together, so the identity carries through properly from the first design decisions to the finished site.

Do you only work with Sheffield businesses?

K
Not at all. We're based in Sheffield, but we build brands for clients across the UK.
